Maverick Ratchada Hotel Bangkok

The reception staff at Maverick Ratchada were helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my room, they quickly arranged a new one for me without any hassle. Their customer service was really good. I had a comfortable stay, and the Tuk Tuk service provided by the hotel was a convenient bonus. The room itself was spacious and the mattress and pillow were very comfortable. the hotel offered me an early check-in and late check-out, greatly appreciated. For the price, it was definitely a good value for money. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the hotel's location being a bit far from the main road and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, I would still recommend Maverick Ratchada Hotel to others.

The subpar service and lack of information provided by the staff. The receptionist was not helpful when I had questions or concerns, and I was like my needs were not taken seriously.

The hotel facilities were great, providing everything we needed, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to both the Mo Chit bus station and the metro station, making transportation convenient. there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and although not a huge selection, it was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us despite the language barrier.

I had an excellent stay at this budget hotel in Bangkok. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the tuk tuk service was awesome. The room I stayed in was quiet and had great views with windows. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of Thai and Western choices. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Clean, comfortable, close to MTR , free Tuk Tuk ride to station. 7/11 and eateries nearby. Helpful staff, basic English. Buffet breakfast, good value. Spacious rooms, not cramped. Nice decor, TV with English channels, reliable WiFi. Would return.
